RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There is no administration fee charged for returned items.

However, all items:
· Must be sent within 10 working days of receipt to:

For either a refund or exchange of product. (Only faulty items can be considered for exchange after this period.)

· Must be sent postage paid, we recommend recorded post as we cannot accept any responsibility for mislaid return parcels. Postage is
non-refundable unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Standard second class postage will be refunded in these circumstances only.

· Must be sent in new, unused re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with tags still attached.

· All tights, socks, underwear and hair accessories are final sales due to hygiene reasons.

· This does not affect your statutory rights.

We guarantee your satisfaction, if you are not happy with the item(s) please feel free to contact us.

AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY

Products listed on our website are linked to our stock inventory system so you know exactly if your chosen item is available. Products are restocked as quickly as possible, however, from time to time the supplier/manufacturer may also be out of stock. Please feel free to contact us if you item is showing out of stock & we should be able to give you an accurate delivery date.
Orders received by 1.00pm will be despatched on the same day (excluding weekends & holidays) Orders received after this will be despatched on the following working day.
All orders are despatched by Royal Mail 2nd class or airmail (for overseas orders)
Alternative carriage may be arranged on request for appropriate payment.

PRICING POLICY
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT .

In these event of price changes with our suppliers, we may find it necessary to adjust our prices accordingly. Prices listed by the seller are without obligation and are subject to alteration. However, any increases will not be applied to orders once submitted.

All Credit and Debit card transactions are processed by our third party processor, on their Secure Server. We will never ask for your Credit/Debit Card information by email.
